From first conversation to release

Before we build,
we listen.

We learn how the work happens today, who needs the product and what the first release should do. Then we design, build and get it ready for people to use, with you involved throughout.

Six steps / from brief to release

Small decisions, made together.

You stay close to the decisions, see working progress and can respond as new information comes in. The steps give the work structure while leaving room to adjust.

01

Listen

We talk through who the product is for, how the work happens today and where people lose time. If the brief is still rough, that is fine. The first job is to understand the problem before choosing a solution.

02

Plan

Together, we define the first useful release, key constraints, milestones and open questions. You get a plan that makes the tradeoffs visible and a clear view of what is included.

03

Design

We map the important journeys and test the shape of the interface before committing to a full build. Early feedback is cheaper to use than a late redesign.

04

Build

The product is built in working pieces. You can review progress, try the important flows and raise questions while there is still room to adjust.

05

Launch

Before launch, we check the core journeys, prepare the production setup and agree who will handle the day-to-day after release.

06

Improve

Once people are using the product, we look at what is working and what is getting in their way. That evidence helps set the next priorities.

While the product takes shape

You should know what is happening.

Expect regular progress reviews, clear questions when a decision is needed and a shared list of what comes next. If the scope or priorities need to change, we talk through the effect before changing course.
